We are significantly discounting the cost of credits for our monthly plans, and adjusting our staffing and hiring based on the expected workload. That’s how we are able to offer such a deep discount on monthly plans.
In exchange, you agree to give us a two-payment notice to cancel or decrease your monthly plan.
(Remember, credits are good for a year, so if you are experiencing a temporary slow-down, bank those credits to keep your deep discounts and use them when work picks back up!)
If you do need to downgrade or cancel, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org to provide official written notice.
